Change of Grade Form
Step 1. Once logged into the Bruin Portal, you will need to locate the Faculty tab and click on it.

Step 2. Click on Etrieve Forms image at the top of the screen.

Step 3. Select Forms from the left and choose RG – Instructor Change of Grade.

Step 4. Using the dropdown menu, select the Term, Course Section, and Student. You may type in the course to quickly find it.
Enter the New Grade for the student.
Information is pulled directly from Colleague, this will only show your courses and students.

Step 5. In the Explanation of Grade Change please give the reason why you would like the grade changed for the student.

Step 6. Submitted form confirmation.

Step 7. View the status/history of your submitted form.
