Tax Information Consent (1095 & 1098)

Sign up for Electronic delivery of your Tax forms. Please be aware if you receive your tax information electronically you will not receive them in them in the mail.

Step 1: Login to the Bruin Portal and then click on Tax Information.

Step 2: Select the 1098 Information tab at the top of the page. Click in the radio button to Receive my 1098 only in electronic format and finally click Save at the bottom of the page.
