Etrieve Exemption/Substitution Form

How to submit a Course exemption or Course substitution form in Etrieve?

Step 1. Once logged into the Bruin Portal, you will need to locate the Faculty tab and click on it.

Step 2. Click on Etrieve Forms image at the top of the screen.

Step 3. Select Forms from the left and choose RG – Etrieve Exemption/Substitution Form.
