Address Verification Help
Your address status is based on the taxing district in which you live, and the tuition you pay is based on your address status. Your tuition is established by your address at the end of the first full week of the fall and spring semesters and on June 15th for the summer semester. Your address status as of that date remains in effect for that semester. Changes in your address status made after this timeline will affect your tuition rate for the upcoming semester.
All students are required to verify their address with the Registrar's office to ensure correct tuition rates. For more information, visit our Residence Information page, email Records@kellogg.edu for call at 269-965-5522.
In order to register for classes, please submit one of the following documents. If using one of the options without a picture ID, you must also include a picture ID. This is to establish address verification. You may submit this in person at any of the KCC Campuses.
Acceptable documentation for establishing and proving your address must be current and are as follows:
- Valid driver's license (front and back)

Valid State ID card (front and back)
- Passport
- School picture ID (front and back)
If your document above does NOT have your current address stated, you must ALSO provide a recent (within the last 30 days) copy of one fo the folliwn documents with your picture ID:
- Voter registration card
- Lease agreement showing you as an occupant
- Business mail received in your name at the stated address
- High School information system screen shot (i.e. Skyward, PowerSchool, etc.)

Please note:
- You should be prepared to prove your legal address at each registration
- Your address must be established before you can register for classes
- A change in address may be made at any registration site
- A change in address requires documentation as shown above and may be made at any registration site
- When address discrepancies are found, your address status will be flagged, and your tuition rate will automatically be adjusted
Step 1: Go to www.kellogg.edu and click on the Bruin Portal login button.

Step 2: Locate and click on the eForms button

Step 3: If you are not already logged in, you may be prompted for your (3a) username (KCC Email: k0123456@kellogg.edu) and (3b) universal password

Step 4: On the left side of the screen:
- Click on Forms
- Select RG- Address Verification
- then on the far right, verify your address
- If your address is not correct, scroll down to update address

Step 5: Option to add a new Mobile or Home phone number, enter your external non-kcc email (AOL, iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo etc...)

Step 6: Upload a file (image/picture) Accepted File Types: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, jpeg, .pdf, .png, .tif, .xps
- Click on Attachments
- Select Upload files
- Locate the file and click on it to select it
- Click on the Open button

Step 7: Finally click on the Submit button a the bottom of the page. You do have the option to Download or Print the form
