Pearson / VitalSource Pair with Existing Course

Pair a MyLab or Mastering course created in Pearson product outside of Moodle,

Step 1: Login to your course and turn Edit mode ON

Step 2: Click on the Add an activity or resource

Note: If you click on the plus sign, it will add the activity right where you want it, otherwise it will add it at the bottom of the topic/week.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom and select VitalSource LT 1.3

Step 4: Click on the Select Content button at the top of the page

Step 5: Click on the (5a) Link to book, then click on (5b) Review & Submit from the pop-up

Side Note: You may have to login the first time, if your account has already been linked, proceed on to step 6.

Step 6: Choose Pair an existing course (6a) then enter in the Course ID (6b) that was generated on Pearson (example: cox40370)

Step 7: Verify that this is the correct book/course and click on the Select button

Step 8: Verify the dates are correct and click on continue at the bottom the page
